I wouldn't purchase anything from this company. Be Warned.
I purchased the SVP Xthinn 8061 directly from the company website. Very excited to get the camera for quick photo to computer with a recharging battery. I took photos all day and over half came out blurry, over exposed, under exposed. I tried every setting option, macro, regular, flash on, flash off, whatever was in the book. Finally I decided to call SVP, but no phone# anywhere. Not in package, not on website. On the website contact page, I was directed to a problem page, that listed blurry pictures as a problem. I started email through their contact page. No response. Three tries later, after emailing copies to myself, I got a response. They said Dear Customer are you sure? We didn't get any emails. I asked for a phone# or a call from someone, and a call tag for the camera. Did not receive anything. Then they email a return# and tell me I must pay 25% restocking fee for a camera that doesn't take clear pictures. So look out for this camera. I ship it back @11.65 + 19.99 restocking fee comes to 31.64 for what? This company is cheating people. They are making a business out of restocking fee. I think they are resending returned cameras. They said they only take returns from dealers, yet they are selling cameras directly from their site. Now I notice the cameras are pulled and there is info about problems on line.
