I purchased this camera for my 7 year old son. He did not want a children's camera; he wanted a real one like mommy. This camera is very easy for him to operate and he loves the movie mode. Great camera for the price
Best Digital Camera for an amateur.
Was a gift for my niece in Christmas. She is 7 years old, and it tooks 2 days for learning to use. Was easy, and the camera shows beautiful pictures even in the computer monitor. She loves me and for this gift loves me more now. I understand the camera do not have a multifunctions for an advanced photography. Really the pictures are amazing, balanced color, some noise but it have 6 Mp., and the external color of the camera is beautiful. Please , if You mind, use rechargeable batteries all the time. You will see why. Store in a case away from humidity, and dust.

A great first camera!
I got this as my first camera 3 Christmas's ago and have absolutley loved it! For the reasonable price this camera has been very durable. It has withstanded several bangs against walls and drops on the on the ground and still works fine. It has only had a couple of glitches, but nothing serious. I have loved this camera and I highly recommend this for a first time camera owners. I have loved it and I'm sure you will too!
